Vile Starigrad d.o.o. is committed to protect the privacy of personal data of all our customers, in order to: collect only essential data about customers / users that allow us to fulfill our commitments, report to clients how to use the data collected and regularly offer buyers the option of choice for the use of their personal data, including the possibility to decide whether they want to be removed from mailing lists that are used for marketing campaigns. All user information is strictly confidential and accessible only to employees who need the information to perform the work. All Vile Starigrad d.o.o. employees and business partners are responsible for compliance with data protection principles.
When making inquiries, i.e. submitting reservation requests, at registration or when contacting us via webpage www.calma.hr, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the Booking Terms, rules on security and protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and that they give consent to the Vile Starigrad d.o.o., its affiliates and accommodation owners to use their personal information (name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone number) for the purpose of making reservation and in order for us to provide the customer with the best possible service. We will not share your personal information with third parties.
If you do not want us to keep your personal data and you do not want us to share them with our business partners and accommodation owners we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to info@calma.hr requesting the deletion of your personal data.
