Work with us

Calma is a small team behind two five-star villas in Starigrad Paklenica, between the Velebit and the sea. Every guest is welcomed personally, and every detail is someone's care.

If you enjoy working in an ambitious team, if you like people, and if a guest leaving happy is what makes your day, we would like to hear from you.

Who we are looking for

• Housekeeping and villa care
• Guest relations and check-in
• Maintenance, pool and garden care
• People with a sense for detail, whatever their experience

What we offer

• A small team where everyone knows each other
• The standards of five-star hospitality, learned on the job
• Seasonal and longer-term positions
• Room to grow with us as Calma grows

Call us or write to us. We would love to meet you.
