Villa Calma I
The front row. Glass from floor to ceiling on both floors, so the Adriatic fills the frame from the living room as much as from the upper terrace: a view that feels dreamt. The evening light arrives straight across the water. Warm up in the sauna, cool down in the pool, end the day in the jacuzzi.

Villa Calma II
One row back, held in a garden of its own. Glass from floor to ceiling opens the house to the pool, the pines and the Velebit: a view that feels dreamt. The heated pool runs beside the lawn, the jacuzzi sits on a raised timber deck, and the sea shows itself between the pines.
