A private chef on your terrace

When you rent a villa for your holiday, your only task should be to rest. Forget restaurant reservations, the search for parking and the question of who drives back. For one evening, the terrace of your villa becomes the most private restaurant in Starigrad Paklenica.

Fresh, local, cooked for you alone

Picture coming back from a day on the beach or on the Velebit to the scent of fresh Adriatic fish, local olive oil and herbs picked that morning. Chef Ivana, with whom we have worked for years, takes care of everything: she does the shopping herself, at local markets and with fishermen she trusts, and cooks in the kitchen of your villa, in front of you.

Dinner under the stars

The service is made for the evening, when the heat of the day has lifted and the table belongs to family and friends. A typical menu runs to three courses: a starter such as bruschetta with fresh tomato and basil or mussels and clams in white wine, a main of seafood risotto or pasta with prawns, clams, squid and crab, and a dessert chosen by the chef. Shellfish, grilled catch of the day, vegetarian dishes and special diets are all possible.

How it works

Everything is arranged around you. Before you arrive, or during your stay, the menu is agreed with you and the chef, and you tell us about allergies or preferences, whether vegan, gluten-free or anything else. The dinner is for groups of three to fourteen guests. All that is left for you is to open a good bottle of wine.
